There is no monthly HOA. The owners will have 28 days in low season or 14 days during high season, to use their unit each year at no cost; 1 night in high season is the equivalent to 2 nights in low season. There are no restrictions in owners’ use, an owner can exceed the 28/14 days, however, there will be a nightly resort fee to cover the resort services, such as utilities, housekeeping, unit maintenance and common area maintenance.
