Alejandra Rodriguez

Alejandra, or “Ale” to everyone is an accomplished hotelier and veteran of the condo rental management industry in Belize. She has managed a number of properties, from ultra-luxury 8-unit spacious resorts to the 44-unit casual beach resorts, she has done it all. As an Operations Manager for Brilliance Belize, she applies her talents and experience to keep all the day-to-day operations at the various Brilliance Belize properties running smoothly.

In her own words “I’m the person everyone seeks out when they need things done right. I enjoy keeping things organized and making life easier for those around me. Whether it's at work or at home. When I'm not immersed in work or juggling the demands of motherhood, I'm busy nurturing my marriage and spending time with my adorable seven-year-old and my toddler. My family is my rock, and they've helped me understand my purpose in life.

At my core, I'm just a mom and wife who believes in supporting others and their goals. I'm dedicated to contributing to the betterment of those I encounter daily, whether it's through lending a helping hand or simply offering a listening ear.
